Description
The long handle ensures that the mushroom can be cut off directly above the ground with a simple hand movement, without getting to the cap of the mushroom and damaging it. In addition, the ripples on the top of the blade serve for rough cleaning on the spot. Then use the horsehair brush to gently and thoroughly remove soil and dirt.
The handle is made of walnut and is happy to be washed by hand. Its blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
Our mushroom knife is easily foldable and can thus be safely carried in the trouser pocket.
